Acadia Traveler

Tidal ranges are impressive at Acadia. Low tide exposes beach pools containing crabs, mussels, starfish and an occasional small lobster. Many visitors rise early to drive up 1,530-foot Cadillac Mountain, the highest Atlantic Coast summit north of Brazil, to witness America’s first glimpse of sunrise.
