Modern society’s complexities and demands continue to grow.  Social media and the internet have us connected 24/7. How do you cope with these trends? If you're like us, long before we learned about “Social Distancing”, we were practicing “Societal Distancing” on a regular basis.

We packed up and headed to the woods, the mountains, the deserts, or the coastlines to hike, camp, fish, kayak, or simply unwind.  Without cell service and the internet in a lot of these places we connected again to the rhythms of nature – a bubbling stream flowing through the woods, a full-moon tracking across a star-filled night sky, or the sights and sounds of wildlife at play.  These are just a few of the wonderful memories that come to mind when we look at Bart Bemus’s “Societal Distancing” design.
